How does Masroufi work exactly?
Masroufi is a WhatsApp bot. Once activated, you just send it a message like "lunch 12€" or "rent 800€" and it records the expense instantly. No app to open, no form to fill in. The bot replies with your updated balance and keeps your wallets, budgets, debts and freelance projects in sync — all from the WhatsApp chat you already use every day.
How do I activate the bot after payment?
Right after your payment, PayPal sends you a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your first name and your WhatsApp number. We activate your account manually and send you the WhatsApp link to start chatting with Masroufi. The whole process takes a few minutes — usually less than 10.
Do I need to install an app?
No installation required — the bot works directly inside WhatsApp on any device (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, web). If you want more, Android users can optionally install our free companion app to unlock visual charts, spending graphs and a full dashboard. It is a bonus, not a requirement — WhatsApp alone gives you everything.
What can I track with Masroufi?
Masroufi handles your full financial picture: multiple wallets with custom budgets (renewable or cumulative), recurring charges like rent or subscriptions, debts you owe, money people owe you, and freelance projects with clients, tasks and collected payments. Everything is accessible from the bot menu with a single message.
Is this a monthly or annual subscription? Can I cancel?
Two options. The monthly plan (€7.85/month) renews automatically every month via PayPal — you can cancel anytime from your PayPal account. The annual plan (€29/year, unlocked with the promo code) is a one-time payment — it does not auto-renew. When the year ends, your access simply stops and you decide whether to subscribe again. No surprise charge.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
Masroufi supports 26+ countries with local currency formatting — including Morocco (MAD), France (EUR), UAE (AED), Saudi Arabia (SAR), UK (GBP), USA (USD) and many more. The bot communicates in the language you use: Arabic, French, English or a mix of all three.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. All data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud), encrypted at rest. We never see or store your payment details — PayPal handles everything. We do not sell or share your data with anyone. You can request full deletion at any time by sending us an email.
